Default Forum sluggish behavior - persistent errors

Done but with errors on the page, done but with errors on the page - every page....that finishes opening. This forum software or server is really jerky and erratic of late. I've mostly been using IE while here.

Anyone else noticing this? A couple of other forums I visit activate pop-up blocks but this one always produces the following error.....
