How do I stop from getting new e-mails when someone post on Archers Choose?? I like the site but I don't want to recieve a e-mail notification every time someone post.

Somehow you must've 'subscribed' to that forum.

To undo it, go to the top right hand part of the page, you'll see 'my subscription' written in white. Click on it. Uncheck any of the checked boxes.

This should stop the emails.

I looked at what you said but I have no boxes checked. This is becoming a problem, please help and see if you can take a look at it. As the VP of our Archery Club I spend alot of time on my internet and e-amil.

In order to check out your settings I need you to email me your password.

Otherwise when i go into your profile, I would have to reset a password for you. (and I'll pick something really strange)
