Some people can't see my avatar

I like toswitch my avatar as seasons change. I am now in the ice fishing season and one of my primary quests are crappies. There wasn't a crappie avatar offered so I got one off the web and downloadedit on my profile. Some people can see it and others can't. To the admin guys at HNI, can you get an official crappie for the imbedded avatars? It is a great game fish that loads of people enjoy catching. I don't know what the problem with my avatar is but I can see it just fine and it fits nicely in the assigned space"¦.CI.
