Can't get photos to post since site updated PLEASE HELP!

Ever since the site updated a few weeks back I can't get any of my photos to load. Before when I used the method it worked fine. Now when I click on the "add image" icon I get the url line, I paste the photos url information on to it and my photos appears on my post but when I click "ok" and submit my post it disappears.

What gives?
