any smoke is bad for the mount.as heat is also bad.

Sure is.After a while itll leave a film on your furniture,and on mounts too.It discolors hair horribly.

Go to an old pub or lodge someplace where the ventilation is bad. Any deer that's been hanging in that establishment is brown, drab, and hooked on smokes. lol

I have an old rack mount that was in our clubhouse year round for many years and it is very dark looking. The smoke has changed the color of some of the capes in there also. So yes smoke is bad for mounts.
