Default Tanning Paste??

I have tanned a few hides from animals that I caught trapping but I recently was talking to our local fur buyer and he mentioned some sort of paste. I never thought to ask him and I was wondering because we always pickled our hides and then used a Lutan F tanning kit from Van Dykes magazine. I was wondering what this paste is and how it works??

Default RE: Tanning Paste??

There are a number of cream tans on the market. McKenzie and JRTS are just a couple. Some people love them, some hate them. I've never used any, so I can't comment. I will say it's hard to go wrong with Lutan.
