Default Turkey Wings....help!

I've done my fair share of saving fans and understand the drying and preserving process ok. Caped out my first bird this year and its 4 weeks into curing and can't wait to see how it turns out!
I saved several sets of wings this season, but those guys are in the freezer. I'm not sure exactly where to cut them, and do I need to debone...? Hope some of you have tackled these before, sure could use some direction on how to deal with these.
Thanks in advance for any help!!
