Default Buying a cape

I have a 9 point rack from a deeer that I shot in 96, that I have always wished I would have had mounted. Instead, I just cut the rack off, and mounted it on one of those mounts you can get at Fleetfarm. I f I was to take it to a taxidermest, how much can I expect to pay to buy a cape from him?

It really depends on the size. Expect at least $100, but possibly more for a big cape.

Default Cape

I have a good cape frozen, green for $65, green meaning it has not been worked up, just taken off the deer.

I bought a large cape off ebay for $100. Talk the taxi. Sometimes these guys get free capes for doing antler mounts. If you have him mount you deer he may throw in the cape for free. Seen it happen countless times.
