Default Antelope Mount Help??

SO I get my full body mount antelope back after taking almost 2 years even though I was promised 1 year. I paid full price from one of the better know taxidermists in CO, Springs CO.
I asked for a standing complete right turn of the head and I get a standing head gently looking right so now you cant see the beauty of the neck colors, I asked for a wooden base with desert and cactus and get dark brown and onion grass, it is some type of spray on or moldable crap over a cheap 4 X 4 base. The fake habitat is dry rotted and coming apart. the tan on the body and the white underbody do not have that distinct line that separates the 2 halves of the body, it is jagged and really off track.
All that when I gave SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS of what I wanted but now the hair is starting to pop out and it has creases and spots, it looked smooth and combed when I got him, but now is looking like a bad date after a party and if you touch the hair is just falling out by the finger fulls...............
I was going to buy the paint from McKenzie and fix the color issues and set the crap base on a pretty piece of walnut so I can move him, but now this with the hair............I live in KY and I had it done in CO Springs where I was reccomended to to by a very well known outfitter.
I will be calling these people on Tuesday, but what suggestions on the mount, I was thinking maybe the magic spray for mounts from McKenzie or the stuff you sponge on for hair slippage.........Any suggestions??

Yikes that really stinks. I dont know much about antelope but I know with deer that if the hair doesn't set in place after the drying stage you really cant do much about it. I would definitely be calling that guy and asking him, cuz It could be a number of factors.

That sucks. Let that be a lesson though, outfitters often don't recommend the best taxidermist. Hopefully others will read this and do their homework, especially when dealing with something as pricey as a lifesize mount. I wish there was a magic fix for you, but without seeing it in person I'm only left to guess.
