Default European mount plaque

Awhile back I posted a thread on "European mount" my first time and I think it came out OK, I made some mistakes but it was a learning experience and I had some fun. Well today being it was so cold I decided to try and make a plaque from which to hang it, it was pretty easy and only took a couple of hours, now!!! one must remember this will be placed in a shed and not the house, but I will say if a person were to use a router to do the edges and used a decorative wood it would look good anywhere, I really didn't keep track of the dimensions of anything but should anyone be interested I would be more than happy to provide them, but I think that by taking a close look anyone would be able to do this, it is a reversible plaque in that it can be reversed and used as a table or mantel stand, I did't use any whitener, I soaked it in Borax soap for a couple of hours and did a final scrape. What do ya think? Den

Bleach it and then paint it. Looks great otherwise.
