Default Anyone make their own plaques???

I'm having my first nice buck mounted. I'm looking for something beside the typical oak/black board many taxidermist use. Anyone hear make thier own? Pics please.

Thanks

+1. This is my mount with a piece of barn wood from my grandmas barn. Just pressure washed it and then cut out the arrowhead pattern. The hard thing is finding a piece wide enough.

We actually pulled a grain room door from the barn that's made of 2 pieces that are 18+ inches wide. We cleaned it and decided to keep it together and I'm just going to mount multiple deer heads to it and afix it to my wall. I think it'll look awesome.

Crenth,
That does look nice. A buddy of mine also took barbedwire and made a big circle, about 5-6 loops and put around it...looks good also.
