Angry Taxidermy ripoff

Has anyone besides myself been ripped off by a taxidermist? I gave a nice deposit on a bear that was going to be a shoulder mount back in 2008 and to this date have not received nothing. Every time I called he was just getting ready to start or he was waiting for more bears to come in to do them all at once. Then finally after approx. 1.5 year he said the hide had slipped and he couldn't do anything with it! I asked for at least the paws back and he said he would look for them, but nothing has been done. This is a reputable Taxidermist that has done great mounts for me and my friends in the past (no more]. I'm so pissed even to this day! Any advice?:
