Default Taxidermy as a job?

Hey guy's I am 14 and I already have my mind made up that taxidermy is gonna be my job how long and tough are the school's and how hard is it to make a name for yourself?



How long does the average shoulder mount take too?

Only a few places that teach it. One was at the local community college(PiedmontCC in roxboro nc) , but that program is no longer offered. When I was going there, folks would come in from all over the country for that program. It takes years of practice to get good and it is hard to build a rep if you are not. Plan on apprenticing under someone who has a good rep(for not much money) until you get good, then go out on your own.
