Default first time euro mount

i am wanting to do a European mount of my whitetail buck head. I have heard you can burry it in the ground to clean it off, it takes a while but i have all summer. do i burry the horns too or do i build a wood box around them above ground to keep the sun and animals off or what. How do i do this? i have never done a mount of any kind before, i need help.

Default RE: first time euro mount

Do a search on google for how to do it. Boiling (simmer) is the best way to do it by yourself. Stickin it in the ground will take a long time. You'll have it donein an afternoon with boiling. WCL
