Default My sons Euro mount

I just finished it yesterday and got it hung up for him in his room. He's excited about it!He turned11 in November, and this is his biggest buck to date, and a pretty decent one for where we hunt. I thought it turned out pretty nice, so I figured I'dshare it with you guys.

I love the character of the deer too.

Looks cool. The main thing is how excited he is about it. Hopefully we have a lifetime hunter in the making.

Thanks for the replies. He actually helped mewith it and we had a good time doing it. He already loves to hunt, and actually does a pretty good job for his age....much better than I was!

No beetles. I actually boil (simmer) mine. I do put sal soda in the pot, it helps alot. I only do a handfuleach year for folks I know - so I can't justify beetles. If I did it for a living that is definitely the ticket.
