Default What to do with tanned hides

My grandfather just passed away and while cleaning up his home we found a pile of over 50 tanned deer hides. I assumed that there were places that I could send the hides to be made into items like coats, gloves, cushions, and such, but after doing an extensive search online and contacting 20 some taxidermists in Michigan I have had no luck. I was hoping that someone would be able to provide me with the name of a company that offers such a service or some other ideas of what to do with the hides.

Thanks.
