Default '06 buck mount

Hey guys, I posted this in the bowhunting section but thought I would share with all of you. He scored 13 points. Grossed 156 and netted 144 2/8th with a 21 inch spread. His hide took a toll b/c he was loaded with ticks. Also, I was curious if anybody here knows what causes this. My taxidermy said that a lot of deer this year have this ring around the base of the neck that almost looks as if they are rubbing there necks on barb wire or something and the fur is alot thinner around there. If you look close you can see it onsome of the pics. He said he did a little painting to cover it up a little bit. Bill McKintosh of Cedar Creek Taxidermy did a great job on both the deer in the picture.
