Well it all depends on the quality of your work. There are guys near me that charge $275 and then one guy that is at $165 (last year) and then I am the highest at $375. Lexington, NC. I have friends south of me getting $450. So..... What's it worth to you to do a shoulder mount? I don't take a penny less than $375

RE: Deer shoulder mount
I just paid $305 in Macon GA. A pretty good job I must say. There are more expensive, but I think this was fair.

RE: Deer shoulder mount
Thank you all for information. I think I was charging $275 back then. I recallprice range wasanywhere beween $225 and $350.
Wow, $165 in last year is cheap. It barely pays for materials, not for the time. Many people just look at price(cheaper price). Iwon't be the cheapest but want to do the work in proud.

If you can't make money, sit in the house with your feet up.

RE: Deer shoulder mount
Most places around me(Missouri) charge around 350 or so.
I know one guy who is 325, another at 350, one at 300, and then I know one who is at 535.
The guy who charges 325 has the best work IMO. 2nd best work would be the guy who charges 535, 3rd best is 350, and worst is 300.

From what I've heard, around here, it's300-350. Sounds fairly reasonable(IMO), from a consumer stand point.
