Default Freezed dried heads

My son shot a bearded hen this spring with an 8 1/2 in beard, I want to mount it, I've done one in flying pose and turned out great! But I used an artificial head. I want to get this hen freeze dried, as it will be Brandon's first mount, and I want the realism with the hair and all. I don't know how to freeze dry a head, Is this something I can do, or would I be better off sending it out? any suggestions would be helpful.

Unless you have a freze drying machine , you have to send it out.
Some taxidermists can be found at the taxidermy net that do teh service.
