Default 1st and 2nd mounts

well i just started to get back on this site, so i wanted to get some oppions on my 1st and 2nd mounts. the first is of a mink i mounted, and my second is of a 8pt deer head i shot this weekend. I did all these mounts all by myself, just learned from videos, and books, please tell me what you think and what i can improve on. i know there is lots.

here is the mink
