Teaching How to repair is like teaching Auto Finishing and painting <LOL

I use an epoxy call sculpt all and fill in the crack and paint, the degree of a good repair is all based on skill and the many years I've have done this.Don't know how it will turn out for you if you never done it.
Good luck,Peace.

Thats the way to do it, after the epoxy dries if the repair is in the tear duct area put some modgepodge high gloss in both tear ducts and the repair, it will cut down on the repair standing out, and before you use any of the above put some crazy glue under both sides of the split skin and put pressure on it to keep it from rising off the form.

I used to use epoxy sculpt but found epoxy clay finished without the shine. I feel that it looks more natural. Both are available through taxidermy supply companies.
