Default 2006 PTA State Taxidermy Convention & Competition

The taxidermy show was awesome! There were hundreds of mounts there, and I went to three seminars in which I learned a lot. At Brian Harness's fox seminar, he asked for a volunteer to come up on stage and mount a gray fox alongside him as he worked on his own. No one else wanted to, so I did. It was a great experience! I learned many things at these seminars that I had trouble with before, and the info will help me improve a lot.
Did anyone else go? What did you think of the show?

My doe sculpture - Wildlife art . This one got me the Rising Star award.

This is me with my deer. I got third place and talked with a judge about my scoresheet, now I know what to improve on.
