I've spent some time at a local taxidermy shop and was amazed at how much easier it was to cape a deer than I thought it was I always thought it was dang near impossible to do without cutting it up. I really enjoy mounted turkeys and was wondering if someone could give me some specific book(s) to read and try to mount one myself, or are birds to hard to start off on.Thanks alot.
