Default my 1st turkey mount

well, I finally got my first turkey mount done, It's not a pro job like some of you guys do, but I'm happy with it. I learned alot and will probably do better on the next one.

Mastevt, if thats your first attempt at a turk, you have every right to be proud. I dont think that looks to shabby at all. You dont wanna see MY first turk, from many years ago, but I still recall it wasnt as nice as yours!

thanks Bill, I took some closerpics in the housewith the 35mm today, in hopes to get them developed this afternoon. Hopefully you will be able to see a little closer detail. I'll get them posted as soon as I can. I used an artifical head, prepainted. Forgot to give the details on the turk. He was taken last spring here in MO. weight was 22lbs, 11 1/2 beard with 1 1/4 spurs, and the spurs were white in color with the tips black. Never seen that on a bird before.
