Default squirrel ears

I mounted a black squirrel with my uncle a few years ago. He is a taxidermist. I did most of it. He just gave advice when I got stuck. Well, last year the mice in my house chewed the ears off. Is there any way of repairing this? thanks

Alex, Im dissappointed in you! The correct answer should be, "yes, use mouse ears!" There ought to be a surplus of dead mice soon if it just chewed up your mount!

All kidding aside, poison the mice, keep mounts out of such conditions, and find a squirrel, mount and transfer those ears, and color them.

Thanks for the replies. I have a tanned red squirrel hice I can take the ears off of. Ill see if they fit. If not Ill try and shoot one and use the ears.
