Default Taxidermist video,

I have been looking around on the internet @ some taxidermy site's.
I have seen a couple taxidermy places that offer a video that shows you from when you harvest a deer to it hanging on your wall. I also think one of them said use some of the supplies that you may have at home?

What I want to know if anyone out there knows a places that sells a video that would teach me how to shoulder mount a deer. From when I harvest it to hanging it on the wall. Maybe the same place would carry supplies? I know I will need to order form, ear cards, eyes, tanning stuff, ect..

I have done some research, but would like a video of someone professional. I would like to try in next year, after I havest a deer! (deer only)

Thank you for your time!
Craig

Default RE: Taxidermist video,

Go to taxidermy.net at the top click on suppliers and then scroll to McKenzies. They have a video by Mike Gillis for tanning using McKenzie tan, a good product IMHO. Then just about any recent mounting video will do. I have heard good things about Salle Dahmes A-Z mounting a whitetail deer. The reason I suggest the Gillis video is that it is recent and is supposed to be s good video. Hope it helps
