Default book vs. video

i want to get some learning material on mounting a deer. I was wondering what you all think is better a book or a video? any recommendations are welcomed.

I hate to say it, but its obviously a no-brainer, if you think about it. Books are often outdated before they make the press. Videos are audio and video, a combination tough to beat. Wear out the videos while you practice on deer you get ahold of this season.
