Default European Mount

Cabelas used to sell the peroxide to bleach out a skull but I could not find it any longer. Anyone know where I can get the strong stuff to make a couple skulls real white?

I don't know why youneed strong stuff ?, I use on my customer's skulls the standard 40% peroxide and they come out real good.

You can buy in quantity at any beauty supply house, the strong stuff in Florida requires a chemical handling license.

I just use "regular" peroxide from WalMart pharmacy and have had great luck. I soak my skulls in theperoxide then hang them in the sun. Isometimes repeat the process a couple of times.

You might not want to soak in peroxide rather brush it on as it is being sunned several times

I also mix my peroxide with Clairol Basic white. You can get it at any Beauty supply store. I mix it about the consistency of mayonois and brush it on and put in clear plastic bag and let sit in sun for a couple of days.
