i got my bobcat stuffed and hair coming out?

is there ne way to get it fixed its a trophy of a life time i missed a little 8 point walk to the swamp saw it shot it my dad said it was a coyote cause it was behind some trees couldnt tell and i shot it went up to it 40 lb bob cat first one id ever seen

shooting at unidentified objects.........good job........was it even legal??? what if it was someones pet dog?? what if it was a hunter or a person???? what if it was a protected animal? like bobcats are in some areas........or you need special liscense to take??

it was 20 yards a way it wasent a hunter cause i could see it enough to tell it was a kind of cat or coyote and if it was someones dog it shouldnt of been 5 miles away form civilization up in the mountins on posted land and if it was then it would of been dead and there is a legal season up here so yea

It was probably not tanned, and it is not called stuffed, the term in taxidermy is mounted.

Not much you can do now if it already slipping hairs.

And you do have to see what your shooting at, it is the first rule of safe hunting.

Just tell me what area you hunt and I'll make sure I never hunt there,LOL

Better start looking more closely before you shoot next time could be someone lost with brown shirt on, and a bobcat is a long way from a eight point.

that's exactly how most accident happen...cause they "KNEW" it wasn't a human..
