Default old mount

I have an old mount that is about 20yrs old... it was my father's best deer but it is coming apart at the ears... the skin is very dry and flakey and split perfectly in half right down both sides of the ear tips... i'm afraid of it getting worse and i will do anything to salvage the mount.. and suggestions???

Default RE: old mount

take it to a GOOD taxidermist.......im sure a good one can fix it..repair it......or maybe keep the antlers and put a new cape on it.......find a good taxidermist and see what they have to say about it.......
