Default binoculars

I just shot my first 3-d shoot this weekend and realized how bad my binoculars sucked!!!! What power and brand should I look @. Now consider I just spent a lot of cash on a bow and rigged it out. I will be buying my son a bow also, so needless to say Im about broke!!! So what should I check out? I am leaning toward Nikon......

For the money... I'm VERY happy with my Nikon Monarch ATBs.

X2! The Monarchs are great binos for the money. Not sure what 3D venue you use, but IBO regulates the power you are allowed to use. It has to be 8.5 or less. If you shoot ASA (Scoring 12's, not 11's) you can use anything. The Brunton Eterna's are great binos for the money too. They are a little on the heavy side but very good quality. If I had to do it over again I would have probably gotten the Brunton Eterna 11x45's instead of my 10x42 Monarchs
