New England's Largest Archery Event!

Hi All,

In 2009 Wankinquoah (Wan-Kin-Co) Rod and Gun Club will be holding its 3rd annual 2 day IBO Championship World Qualifier & Archery EXTRAVAGANZA! on June 20 and 21, 2009. You can qualify on 40 IBO targets either day. There will be three courses set up this year, a total of 120 targets! Once you qualify you may go on to shoot the other courses just for fun! Last years Qualifier was a great success and we had many positive responses from knowledgeable archers who shoot World Qualifiers on a regular bases. We have taken some suggestions from these archers to better the event this year. For pre-registration forms please go to www.wrgclub.org . The club will be open from 5AM to 8PM, come and enjoy breakfast and lunch at our club house! Saturday we will have the event dinner! There will be our usually outdoor sports sponsors including Dick"™s Sporting goods, Bass Pro, Cabela"™s, Reedy"™s Archery, Trader Jan"™s Archery and many many more! There will be an exhibit of taxidermy of a 10 point buck harvested this year by an archer on club property! Bring the kids as we even have a free course for the future Bowhunters. Plenty to do and things to check out! Prefect time to warm up for the world event or just honing your skills for the upcoming hunting season. Even if you are not a IBO archer you can take advantage of New England"™s Largest 3D target shoot with 120 target on display to shoot at just for the FUN of it!

Hi All -

There have been a few questions relating to the ARCHERY EXTRAVAGANZA!
Yes there will be an IBO world Qualifier on 40 3D targets!
Yes there will also be 60 targets per day to practice at just for fun!
Yes there will be a Future Bowhunters (Youth) course of 10 3D targets.
Yes there will be other events going on at the same time check the schedule board at the shoot!
Yes the indoor archery range will be open for 10, 20 and 30 yard shots.
Yes there will be about 50 vendors of all outdoor sporting equipment.
Yes there will be food available!
Yes there is pre-entry forms located at www.wrgclub.org !
Yes there is free parking!
Yes there will be things for the youth to do!

Well that about answers all the questions for now!
