Hope I'm not too late for the ideas. How about pin the tail on the donkey with the arrow being the tail. One we do around here is to place a bunch of balloons really close together, like touching and put numbers behind them. The numbers have a corresponding small prize. The kids get a prize and popping the balloons is a lot of fun for them too. Hope this helps.
