West Texas 540 acres

I have 540 acresin West Texas,too manyhogs, excellent quail, good turkey,dove, a few ducks, sandhill cranes, andpredators. Sunflowers for the doves, feed year round for the hogs and turkey, quail are abundant this year,tanks are full so the ducks should be here this year and the cranes never fail to make a timely appearance by the hundreds.The predators love our cow calf operation. I have several food plots,feeders,stands.There is water and electricity, have a camper that sleeps 6 on site.Property is wheat fields and pasture with 5 earth tanks.Also have deer if the trade is right. Looking to trade the hunting on our ranch, be it by the day, weekend, week, month,season etc. for 3-6 people in exchange for3of us,deer,pheasant,mule deer,fishing of any kind, or just about anything,doesnt have to be fancy.We are looking for a boat,atv or golf carts also. The similar mix with no waterfowl, Too many hogs as well !

where is your place/ county etc... Im in Erath near Stephenville have good deer and excellent Turkey in the spring, Might be interested in swapping a weekend to do some predator hunting or something possibly after your done deer hunting, do you have Javelina or Mule deer out that way ?
