What would you say the average whitetail deer scores there? And how big (bodies) are they?

The average mature buck is in the mid 140's but each year I get a few looks at 170 class bucks. Every now and then even larger ones, but that is usually during the rut.

The Body size is 200 +

That sounds like it would be a good time! Good I didn't want to travel all that way for smaller bucks!! when is your rut down there?

Got a salmon fishing boat on Lake Michigan. We catch a lot of salmon all sumer long. Boat is on the lake and will provide all the gear. All you have to do is show up and bring em' in. Fishing for you and a friend.

I am just being realistic. Within 10miles of my property there are a few 190 to 200 class deer killed every year, but you have to realize this is a whole differant hunt. Big mountains, long ridges, deep hollows. So food plots are non existant. you hunt the mass, white oaks and such.

But every now and then you see the buck of a lifetime. To be honest though, no we dont see 15 bucks that will score over 150 walk out into a field every evening, but anywhere outside of a fence would be hard pressed to do so.

Our Rut hits about the 13th of November.
