Default Please read-looking for 2 types of dogs.

I was wondering if any of you could help me find a dog or 2.

First, I have been doing alot of research on training dogs to track deer. I could find a dog around here, without any tracking in his blood, and train him from scratch. But I would prefer to find one from a quality breeder that has a strong bloodline. Does anybody here know a breeder that breeds dogs for this purpose?
It seems that most breeders prefer wirehaired dachshunds for deer tracking.

Second, Me and my uncle to alot of coon hunting, and right now we have a walker. He is 14 yrs old this year and still going strong! I have seen him catch more dogs on the ground, even at this age, then I can believe. This dog is the smartest, trickiest ol son of a gun ever! Last year, at 13 years old, we had an 18 coon night!
Now, unfortunately, we need to find a backup for him. Does anybody know of a good source (breeder, friend, whatever) where we could find another good walker?

thanks!
