"Good" and "$200" don't really go together.

The best collars per $ spent are the Tri-Tronics Flyway or the Tritronics Upland.
The Dogtra 1200 is also an excellent collar.

Go to www.gundogsupply.com and see what they have to offer. My personal opinion is to stay with either TriTronics or Dogtra, and to kind of stay away from Innotec and for sure stay away from DT Systems.

Personally, I've had pretty good luck with Innotek and Dogtra. My two dog Innotek system gets used on a daily basis and has held up well for the last 10 mos.. For a lab, I would go with the dogtra because I think it is a little more waterproof.
