Default Dt customer service

My EDT 300 broke again after 15 month of little use. Same problem, transmitter buttons won' t work. I paid $ 60 last time.

Send it in in September and they got it on the 11th. Haven' t heard anyting and they don' t answer their email. Nosy as I am I called and they had the guts to tell me that they haven' t got to it sofar. But they will call me with an estimate in the next four weeks.

I don' t know how may they sell, but that sounds like a lot of repairs to me and if anybody plans on buying an EDT collar, better buy a spare Inotek or Tri tronics too. I bought an Innotek last time when it was broke and that thing is still running hot and heavy.

DT don' t even have an 800# to call.

I am pissed.

Good looking brits! (I may be biased, with five of my own.)

They seem to be multiplying once you have one. There always seems to be room for one more. At least at our house. But the town limit is four dogs and now we bought 5 acres outside, just have to get around to building on it.
