According to Veterinary News, from information supplied by VPI Pet Insurance Company :

Rodenticide: 4,028 (rat/mouse poisons)
Methylxanthine: 3,661 (caffeine - chocolate)
Plant poisoning: 2,808
Household chemicals: 1,669
Metaldehyde: 396 (slug/snail killers)
Insecticide/organophosphate: 323
Heavy metal toxicity: 288
Toad poisoning: 270
Antifreeze: 213
Walnuts: 100
Alcohol: 75
Strychnine: 28
