Default Bathing in winter

Do you guys give your dogs baths when it is cold? I was wondering how y'all go about doing if you do.

Our dogs (Labs) spend a lot of time in very cold water all winter. We want them to be as waterproof as possible, so NO BATHS between September and April.

I bath as the dogs are in the house with me. However I try not to do it during winter as bathing reduces/removes the natural oils of the dog's coat. But if they roll in something offensive to me they do get bathed.

I have seen no difference as the coat comes back to normal in a few days.

if its an inside dog then bathe it and keep it inside till it dries, if it is an outside dog then why bathe it.
