Antler dogs

There were a couple nice articles in F&S and Bowhunter magazine this month about antler dogs. Anyone here have any advice about training dogs to retrieve antlers?

I've been hiding a few around the house for the beagle pup to find. He seems to take to that game pretty well, I guess the next step will be to hide some outside in the yard.

Taht is one way to train....taking it outside is a good idea and when the dog does as required use lots of praise and treats......
