WTR- Electric Collar

Does anyone have a shock collar that I can rent. I have a little 24 pound dog that won't stop testing me. I will give you a deposit until I return it.

What do you mean by "testing" you? What is the dog doing (or not doing)?
What kind of dog? What are you planning on the dog "growing up to be"?

The reason that I ask these questions is that seldom is 'renting' an ecollar going to cut it. You probably need to buy one.
