I' ve got a three year old V, does very well in the field and is a great pet as well. Got mine from a breeder in WI. Email me if you want more info. rem@illinoisupland.com

There are a few good ones coming out of the upper Midwest and Central California. Sorry I don' t have names for you, but I' m a setter guy and I just happened to run across a few in my field trial experience.
