Default Got a hog

Last Sat. around 5:00 I jumped a hog with my two labs, and two mixed dogs. They ran it through two blocks and I shot him on the road crossig in a full run. He weighed around 250 and had good tusk and cutters. Talk about fun!! The meat was very good also. I ended up getting 6 hogs this deer season and will be going back soon for some more.

Congratulations. That's a nice pig you got.

Hogs are something I wish we had here in the Northeast.

I love Maine, but we only have whitetail (bag limit one), moose (permit drawing only - 2000 permits for 80,000 applicants) and bear (which I don't have any interest in eating, so no interest in hunting) for big game.

I want some elk, hogs, mule deer and caribou brought in!
