Ahh, it happens! That only means you have a bird crazy dog. Once, my white/liver GSP swam after some Canada geese in a local airport pond for over 30 minutes...called and called but he never came in until he was tired. Funny thing is, I neverused him for geese, but if it had wings he was birdy, bound and determined.
