Default Looking for Black Mouth Cur breeder in Midwest

Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help me with this or not. I've started looking for Black Mouth Cur breeders as I would like to buy a pup.

I have experience with these dogs and they seem to be very good companions. I am also interested in using the dog for blood trailing.

It seems that most breeders are in TX, AL, MS, and LA. Are there any reputable breeders in the midwest that anyone knows of?

Thanks in advance for any help.

I hunt original mountain curs and there are several good breeders all over the place, but you should not have too much trouble finding a bmc breeder. These dogs should probably make good blood trailers, but they also will probably want to live game as well. That's in their blood usually it seems. Check out www.sqdog.com for all the info on cur dogs that you could ever want to read.
