Any suggestions on skunk scent neutralizer? My Chessie snatched onethe other morning and got soaked. Happened a couple of years ago also. I scrubbed her three times w/ regular shampoo and it still took several weeks for scent to go away. Very annoying in a blind w/ a skunk smelling dog.
What he said,I get hosed by stinkers alot and I use the whole qt. peroxide and a good dose of dawn.no water.Itll foam up and you use it like shampoo. Then rinse and repeat.

People will probably laugh at this, but the best thing I have used is Tomatoe Juice....Something my grandpa told me to use and believe me it works..
Luckily I have never been shot by a skunk but I have heard from numerous people that tomatoe juice is the best thing to use to get rid of the smell.

Tomato Juice is what we used to use on our dog, he had to have several different baths. He was kind of a slow learner when it came to skunks. But back then the Internet was not around, might be much better concoctions these days. Although back then the Vet did recommend the tomato bath.

You could always just pack a close pin for in the blind
