How do I train my britany to retrieve.

Take a check cord and put it on her, then throw a dummy or tennisball out and then milk it in, telling her come or whatever command you use to get her to come. Repetetiveness is what all dogs need.

You need to get on a good training program.
There's a lot more to it than just retrieving.
