Default Perfect dog

What would be your perfect dog.
Mine would be a trained, quiet, steady, soft mouthed half lab half retriever.

To me a perfic dog is one that is trained up to hunt with me. I preffer
hunting with me rather than for me. And mine is hunting birds.

Hey Ryan,

No he's not a griffon. Duffy is a pudelpointer. He is 4 1/2 months old. I got him from Cedarwood kennels in Idaho. Griffons are extremely popular here in Quebec, but I was looking for something with a little bit more "get up and go". All the griffons I've seen are excellent dogs, but a bit smooth for me.

What is your timeframe in looking for a pup? I may be able to help you, if you give me an idea what you're looking for.

Good luck,
