MY GOLDEN WENT CRAZY??????

I have a 3 year old golden retvr. that I have been shooting over for 2 years now. She does it all for me, even points. The other day in the blind I shot at a single goose and she went nutz. I didnt do anything different this time but she has lost it. At home now if I even pick up my shotgun she halls butt for the basement. What did I do, and how can I fix it? Or--- do I now have a very expensive house pet?

Are you the only person in the house that works the dog?
Are you the only person that shoots over the dog?
Are there any neighbors that could have shot at the dog?
Is the dog always sheltered from the outside world as far as safty? or does he have the abiltiy to roam the yard without supervision?

Too many variables to find out what happened probably.

Thanks for your reply. I wish there was a clear answer. Im going to take her to the trap range today and see what she will do in the truck.
